Privacy policy
What we collect
- Account credentials stored as password hashes (never plain text).
- Optional hardware ID (HWID) when device lock is enabled on your account.
- Login and portal IP events used for abuse and sharing detection.
- High-level VPN connect telemetry: success/failure, node id, app version, timing — not packet contents.
- Node agent heartbeats and load for fleet health.
What we do not inspect
The control plane does not inspect, decrypt, or store the contents of your OpenVPN traffic. We do not sell personal data or use VPN content for advertising.
HWID
When HWID lock is on, a device identifier binds the account after the first successful desktop login. Admins can clear a bound HWID so the next login can re-register a device.
Retention
Account records are kept while the subscription is active and for up to 12 months afterward for support and abuse review, then deleted or anonymized. Login IP events and connect telemetry (success/failure, node id, app version — not traffic contents) are retained up to 90 days, then pruned or aggregated. Effective date: 2026-07-16. Contact us if you need the current practice confirmed.
