Service

Deep End VPN is provided as-is to authorized customers. Availability, node locations, and features may change. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted service.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for illegal activity or to attack networks you do not own.
• Do not abuse Deep End infrastructure, scanners, or other customers.
• Do not share accounts in ways that violate your plan or HWID lock settings.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, auth, or update enforcement.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping credentials secret. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for abuse, chargebacks, security risk, or terms violations. HWID and session revocation may be used to contain compromised accounts.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Deep End is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the VPN or client software.
